The National Hurricane Center is issuing reports on the recently formed tropical storm Harvey. The question is if tropical storm Harvey is coming to Honduras? While predicting hurricane paths has become quite a bit more accurate, it is still an unperfected science. The answer is we do not know! But we will keep you up to date!
